Position Title General Business (MGT/MKT) Faculty
Job Location Palatine, IL
Description Job Description: Two- full-time tenure track teaching positions in the Business Department (MGT/MKT). Full-time faculty must teach 30 contact hours per year; serve on college committees; develop and maintain curriculum, stay current in their disciplines, Participate in on and off-campus staff development activities, participate in college and community service, and assist with student advising and recruitment in career areas.


Duties of Position: Examples of courses to be taught include:

Introduction to Business Organization

Principles of Supervision

Principles of Management

Principles of Marketing


Education Requirements: An M.B.A. or Master's degree in management, marketing or related field.


Experience Requirements: Current experience working in business is required. A minimum of two years of teaching experience at the post-secondary level is preferred. Faculty members must have significant business experience in a directly related field.
