* Routing & tracing of direct to customer orders/PO's* Title transfers on PO's. Inbound vendor PO's including delivered PO's* Freight rate quotes* RMA's = return material authorizations for traffic coordination* Routing & tracing of LTL, BT & Truckloads for all warehouses* Orders for 'PO NOT IN' follow up* Outside warehouse shipment/billing verification* Packaging coordination* Small balances in railcars (Heels)* Routing of Mexico shipment coordination* Inbound ocean containers & overseas shipments* Railcar tracing to sites, DI's & customers* Railcar receiving at sites, maintenance & inbound notifications to sites* Outside warehouse receiving. Reports for materials in transit* Other duties as assigned.


* Strong computer knowledge base* Strong interpersonal skills, requires regular interaction between various depts. and outside vendors* Experience in the Plastics industry a plus* Critical thinking skills must be able to identify and understand issues, problems and opportunities and utilize different sources to draw conclusions.* Effective communication skills, both written and oral* Ability to thrive in a constantly changing chaotic environment and consistently meet tight timelines* Analyze complex problems and develop alternative solutions

High school diploma or equivalent Minimum of 2 to 3 years experience in the Logistics field
