TEKsystems client is looking to add a Senior Project Manager to their Social Networking group.


Project 1: Managing projects which are designed to make their social networking sites more interactive


Project 2: Managing projects for their mobile strategy. They are looking to deploy applications to multiple types of phones (similar to the I-phone applications)


We are looking for very senior project manager who can drive projects and manage risk. The technology experience is a plus.


Skills needed: Organization, Relationship, and Communication. They will be working on Cross-functional projects which impact several areas across the enterprise. This person will need to identify and manage dependencies across the enterprise areas. The Client is looking for someone that is fully accountable for entire lifecycle of a project. Need to be able establish vendor relationships. Must be able to communicate both written and verbally with senior level managers and executives.


Develops project approach, scope, timeline, budget/project estimation, and overall staffing model. Drives project delivery and support. Assigns and manages project resources. Controls project budget, expenses and scope. Manages risks, issues and problem resolution. Manages project relationships (business, vendors). Uses functional, business, and technical knowledge to deliver the best solution.
