We are proud to have partnered with a growing organization in Northbrook. We are in search of a Customer Service Representative. Main responsibilities include, but are not limited to:
~Enter distributor purchase orders in an accurate and timely manner.
~Resolve order issues precisely and effectively.
~Communicate with distributors, sales and marketing regarding product availability, order status, allocations, pricing, and transfers/returns.
~Manage and expedite pick up of open orders.
~Request bill of lading as necessary to expedite billing process.
~Maintain high volume of e-mail files and phone calls for any customer service requests.
Requirements:
~3-5 years of customer service experience in the beverage or wine industry preferred or manufacturing customer service experience.
~JD Edwards proficiency.
~MS Office Word and Excel proficiency.
~Bachelors Degree preferred.
