We are proud to have partnered with a financial organization in Mt. Prospect. We are in need of a customer service representative. Main responsibilities include, but are not limited to:
Taking inbound calls in a fast paced call center.
Assisting in pre-qualifying individuals for loans.
Tracking all incoming calls using Word, Excel, and SharePoint.
Requirements:
1-2 years of call center experience.
Experience working with loans a plus!
Upbeat and outgoing personality is a must!
Must be able to work on a rotating schedule:
9:00 am-7:00 pm Monday-Friday and 9:00 am-3:00 pm on Saturday.
