Use Excel to access the database-review and research the customers information.

Negotiate payment arrangements.

Answer questions effectively and promptly

Excellent Follow up as necessary


2-3 years of outbound calling/collections experience

Excellent verbal and written communication skills


Microsoft Excel. Outbound calling and collection experience a must
