We are proud to have partnered with a mid-sized growing and stable company in Rosemont. We are in need of a Retention Specialist. Main responsibilities include, but are not limited to:

~Making outbound calls, and up selling products.

~Handling escalated accounts.

~Ability to win clients back over with strong sales skills.

~Proficient in Word and Excel.
