Consult with Accounting and Financial candidates to determine their skill sets, career goals and how Ajilon Finance will positively represent them in the local employment marketplace.

Strategize with hiring managers to determine their staffing needs and partner with them in finding superior talent.

Have access to one of the best training programs in the staffing industry.

Earn uncapped commissions based upon your individual performance.


The Ideal candidate will:

Be prepared to compete for face-time with key decision-makers and, ultimately, get their business.

Have the ability to recruit, interview and place top-tier direct-hire candidates with top-tier clients.

Have obtained a Bachelors degree or higher.
