One of SGA's major financial clients is looking for a UAT Analyst for a contract position in Chicago, IL. This resource will a ssist UAT Lead in developing test strategy and plans , u nderstand business requirements and business operating processes/procedures in order to develop effective UAT deliverables that fully test impacted business and operational groups , d evelop detailed test conditions, test cases and scripts, and related data to ensure full coverage of the project s functional business requirements , handle r equirement mapping , d etermine test data and environment requirements , a ssist in test execution , d ocument test results, defects, and issues , s upport documentation across extended testing team as directed by a UAT Lead , p articipate in defect and issue resolution during QA and UAT testing cycles , c oordinate and communicate with multiple groups across the bank .

Requirements:

- C andidate must have excellent negotiation and issue resolution skills.


- Excellent communication skills - both oral and written

- Ability to grasp business concepts quickly and to present complex information clearly.

- Self motivated and capable of working independently.

- Ability to multitask (lead and participate) across multiple projects.

- Candidate will need to be on-call for post-release and/or emergency hot-fix testing that occurs evenings and weekends (3-6 times per calendar year).
