OUR CLIENT, A COMPANY THAT IN A THRIVING INDUSTRY IS SEEKING A HUMAN RESOURCES DIRECTOR. THIS PERSON MUST HAVE A MIX OF BOTH HUMAN RESOURCES AND SARBANES OXLEY EXPERIENCE. THIS IS AN EXCITING OPPORTUNITY TO JOIN A COMPANY WITH A FANTASTIC CULTURE WHERE EMPLOYEES ARE VALUED.


Responsibilities Include:

Primary internal liaison with the firms outsourced Chief Compliance Officer,

Overseeing compliance with Sarbanes-Oxley (S0X),

Human resources (including payroll and all benefits such as healthcare, life and disability insurance, 401(k) plan and various compensation/incentive plans as well as personnel-related matters),

Evaluates and recommends changes to employee benefits,

Maintenance and updating of the firms employee handbook and compliance manual,

Preparation and storage of compensation-related documentation,

Overseeing insurance matters including liability and property coverage, negotiation of annual renewals (with assistance from the firms insurance advisor and broker),

Organization and retention of all firm critical (legal and other) electronic documents,

Facilities administration, and

Strategic projects


Required:

Bachelor's Degree

Human Resources management experience

Sarbanes Oxley Experience
