Duties:

* Establish and maintain security policies, practices and procedures
* Secure documentation and implement a repository (Sharepoint) for securing documents
* Develop and maintain security profiles
* Define authentication methods
* Implement and maintain disaster recovery procedures
* Responsible for all network and Internet firewalls
* Enhance and maintain Change Management processes
* Develop and maintain a business continuity plan

Requirements:

* BS Degree
* Trading/financial industry experience required
* 10+ years experience in a senior level security position
* Excellent communication and organizational skills
