High Level Job Description:

This position must independently create a bi-weekly Web based, proprietary newsletter, communication decks, design, craft a message from data input, create and post productivity charts, and organize work force meetings for up to 100 people. Web based technology is similar experience to a Web publisher tool. It is a template (a tricky one however) that information is entered into. 6 - 8 years of experience.


Job Description: Development and execute the comprehensive internal comms strategy aligned to global BIS strategy and designed to drive BIS results.


Ensure consistent execution of communication strategies for all global BIS internal audiences.

Accountable for detailed communication plan for internal BIS audiences and leadership alignment.

Create and develop an ambassador culture for the BIS organization through communication and internal messaging to ensure employees understand and execute the BIS strategy.

Partner with HR to develop communications in support of key BIS global culture change initiatives to ensure consistent and fresh face to Food and Beverage.

Manage all aspects of internal BIS Leadership Communications.

- Develop leadership message strategy.

- Develop communications to the B2+ executives and cascading method.

Develop global communication processes and practices.

Identify audience segments and conducts needs assessments (included global channel access, translations, cascading within regions).

Accountable for measurement and continuous improvement.

Partner with Marketing Lead to coordinate execution of marketing strategy (inside-out) to ensure internal audiences are effective 'sales' reps.

Partner with Channel Mgmt Lead to execute internal communications though appropriate channels.

Execute internal portal, global meetings, town halls, events, toolkits, etc.
