Duties:

* Analyze, plan, test and implement Messaging application software
* Monitor and analyze Messaging systems to ensure 100% uptime
* Support high availability technologies
* Perform root cause analysis
* Resolve issues and provide recommendations
* Implementation and maintenance of disaster recovery solutions
* Document system uptime and usage metrics

Requirements:

* BS Degree
* 5+ years expertise in Messaging systems
* Expertise with Exchange 2003/2007 (monitoring, clustering, backup/restore), Blackberry Enterprise Server 4.x & Postini
* Understanding of message routing systems, SMTP gateway tools and applications and MessageOne EMS
* Expertise with AD
* Experience with Quest MessageStats, ActiveGroups and Spotlight on Exchange
* Understanding of IronPort Email Gateway, TLS/SPN, OWA, technical networking, Windows 2000/2003/XP and MS Office Suite
