Business Law Intern
We are currently searching for a business law intern, who expresses an interest in Entertainment industry law.
Summary of Duties:
· Updating and modifying company contracts
· Liaison between the organization and federal agencies
· Running errands
· Keeping legality book up-to-date
· Understanding international and US business laws
· Providing reports to upper and middle management
· Other duties as provided
· Assisting upper and mid management with duties
Requirements:
· Basic knowledge of business law
· Basic Research methods
· Computer literate: MS Office {MS Access, Excel, Word, PowerPoint}
· Typing 50 WPM
· Major: Business / Law
· Must be a junior at an accredited institution
· Must be in good standing with a GPA of 3.0/4.0
· Must be able to follow direction, reliable, diligent, and prompt
· Reliable Transportation
· Able to pass background check




· Availability of at least 20 hours per week
· Must be available a full school semester
