Runs experiments and tests to aid in the development of improved manufacturing procedures and processes. May require a bachelor's degree in engineering and 2 - 4 years of experience in the field or in a related area.

Position Summary:

The Associate Scientist or Scientist will be responsible for performing HPLC analysis of beverage and food samples. This includes sample tracking, preparation, instrument operation data collection, data analysis, and data compilation.

Required Qualifications:

Qualifications:

- Ability to perform chemical analysis.

- B.S. or MS. in Chemistry/Analytical Chemistry.

- Strong experience with operation troubleshooting Agilent HPLC.

- Experience in working with common HPLC organic solvents Experience with standard - sample preparation for HPLC.

- Working knowledge of Microsoft Excel.

- Organize and report data.

- Experience in foods and beverages analysis highly preferred.

- Work with minimal supervision.
