Description
Daphne, pursued by the god Apollo in Greek mythology, was a beautiful young nymph. Our Daphne is also a beautiful young girl, and just sweet to pursue. Found as a stray, and scheduled to be euthanized, she was just to sweet to give up on so early in her life. She was 15 pounds underweight and just a bag of bones when she came to us. Now, fat and happy she is ready to start her heartworm treatments so that she will finally be able to go to a loving home that will actually take care of her now! UPDATE: Sweet Daphne, such a love, came to us heartworm positive. She is currently undergoing treatment at Forest South Animal Hospital, a big THANK YOU to Dr. Coyne and his staff for taking care of our special sweet girl. She will be available for adoption soon.
