These are our family dogs and they are like our children. Unfortunately, we can not take them with us to our new home. They are crate trained, potty trained, and leashed trained. We are looking for a home for them that will take both dogs in. Honestly, they wouldn't be the same without each other. Seperating them is not an option! The male is about 18 months old, brown coat, and the female is about 2.5 yrs old, all white. They are both in excellent health condition and they are up to date with their vet checks. They do not have any health issues whatsoever; we have the proof. Like I said, they are like our kids. They have a dog house, pool, dog couch, large crate, portable playpen, pillows, toys, etc. We are looking for a family near the Addison, IL suburbs. We want to stay connected some how with the dogs but give up ownership, of course. I have tons of pictures and youtube videos of them if you are interested. Bulldogs can be very stubborn but these two are very submissive and well behaved. We have a newborn and they just sit there. They were trained to be submissive to little kids, so they are great with children. They are naturally great with children anyway. Some of the knock out questions that have to be answered before we even consider anyone are: 1. Why do you want the dogs? 2. What do you have to offer the dogs? Yard, farm, children to play with, other dogs, etc. 3. Can you afford them? They eat specific Bulldog food that is very expensive, they need grooming monthly, they are not cheap to maintain, so do you have job security. We will not give our dogs to someone who lives in an apartment; it defeats the purpose of what we want for them. I will not respond to anyone who is only showing interest in the male because he's cuter. The girl might be a little ugly but she makes up for it with sweetness! They are fixed, so breeding them is out of the equation! I apologize if I come off as a jerk but these are my dogs and I love them! I will not put up with anyone being defensive about my questions, because trust me, Bulldogs can get on your nerves more than me. They are stubborn sometimes! To put things in perspective... The male was purchased for 1,800 dollars! They will go to the "right" home. I know this is a long post but this is breaking our hearts! Thanks for reading...
