American Eskimo Dog - Medium - Adult - Male - Dog - Gabriel
Description
MARCH UPDATE........Gabriel is doing great! His seizures have been under control......and he is enjoying life!!! As the weather has been a bit more mild, Gabriel loves to go outside and lounge in the sun!!! Gabriel would be a great companion for someone who is not caught up in the hustle bustle of life and running all over God's creation! Gabriel is perfect for that more stay at home, work from home person, who would enjoy a very calm fur-friend to hang with!!! Gabriel is a beautiful Eskie that has come to rescue because his former people did not want to deal with his health issues. His people abandoned him at the vet. The doc kept Gabriel until they could get him into rescue. He is only about 2-3 years old too. Gabriel has a seizure disorder, which was left without doctor's care and medication. This took it's toll on this poor sweet boy, he is now blind and at least partially deaf, because of the untreated seizures. How sad is that. He most likely would not be in this condition if he had been treated upon arrival of the seizures. Nonetheless, he is a very sweet boy who wants to learn his environment and just be loved. In spite of his health issues, he is an easy, laid back boy and a pleasure to have around! Come and meet some of our adoptable Eskies on the second and forth Sunday's of each month, at the Petsmart in Aurora, on Rte-59, noon-3PM! Please consider giving this sweet boy a forever home! If you would like to meet him, please contact us to make sure he makes it to Petsmart!!! We can't always bring all of our adoptable Eskies each time, but we certainly want to bring those that are being asked about!!! Gabriel is currently "vacationing" at the farm in Indiana!
