Position Description:Currently seeking an experienced Customer Service Representative to work a full time contract and possibly turn into a permanent position within an elite facility in the Northwest Suburbs of Chicago, IL.


Candidate is required to have Call Center / Inbound and outbound call experience within the past year.


Responsibilities include:

May greet clients and visitors.

Working independently types and/or reproduces various documents, correspondence, reports, charts, graphs, and spreadsheets as requested. Proofreads all work for accuracy and neatness.

Coordinates special projects, assignments and tasks as directed by the client/supervisor.

Other duties as assigned.


Qualifications include:

High school diploma or GED required

Associate's degree (A.A.) or equivalent form two year college or technical school or six months to one year related experience and/or training; or equivalent combination of education and experience preferred.

Ability to work independently with little direct supervision.

Ability to establish and maintain positive professional business relationships with the branch level leadership and office staff.

Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.

Excellent oral and written communication skills.

Experience with Microsoft office required.
