Civil Construction Estimator - Chicago Vicinity North.

Company to hire a Civil Construction Estimator experienced in civil estimating in heavy industrial or heavy highway (worked with government agencies)
Company works to build and strengthen America's infrastructure. As a specialty contractor and subcontractor, they design and build major projects
across the United States.
* They provide a full line of benefits including 401K profit sharing, and medical insurance.

Prepare accurate bids for projects involving civil (buildings and structures).

Ensure compliance with general and special conditions of bids including, insurance requirements, minority quotas (both contractor and work force) as well as compliance with applicable codes.


Work closely with administration and marketing to prepare bid submissions.


JOB QUALIFICATIONS:


We need to have a bachelor's degree in engineering or construction management.
Five or more years of hard bid civil estimating experience in heavy industrial or heavy highway while in a construction company.
Five years experience working with government agencies such as Chicago Department of Transportation, or Illinois Department of Transportation while in a construction company



MUST HAVE (FIRM)
1. Bachelor's degree in engineering or construction management.
2. 5 + years of hard bid civil estimating experience in heavy industrial or heavy highway while in a construction company.
3. 5+ years experience working with government agencies such as Chicago Department of Transportation, or Illinois Department of Transportation while
in a construction company.
4. Currently in the Midwest with Midwest experience (Chicago, Milwaukee,
Indianapolis, St. Louis etc.....).
