This is a new item which was ordered direct from HP as a replacement, but was never used. The item has not been removed from box and plastic, although box was opened to ensure contents. This sale is for the SWITCH ONLY. Box does NOT contain power cable(s) or rack brackets. This is how it came direct from HP.
