Remove unwanted programs and trialware.
Create desired user accounts.
Test and verify PC hardware and software functionality.

Install new software. Just let me know what you need.
Configure your new computer to access your existing Internet account and your existing e-mail accounts.
Test your computer to make sure it is functioning properly.
Back up or transfer your computer data to another medium (e.g., CD or DVD, internal or external hard drive or another computer) and Import the data into an installed program or location

Email Set Up

Connect your existing and active email account to your computer or set-up new email accounts.
Must have all necessary passwords available.
Troubleshoot an existing email account.

Data Back Up

Transfer your data to your new computer or other media.
Connect hard drive to computer, install and configure software to create a backup schedule that you want.
Create initial backup for you.

Date Recovery

If your Hard Drive is not damaged beyond the point of access I can use my equipment to save most if not all of your files - pics - music - videos ... ETC.
I can install these files on a new PC - External HD - Zip Drive or CD/DVD if desired.


Software Install

Determine computer compatibility for, install - repair and configure of software required or requested.
Perform necessary software updates.
Create desktop, start menu and quick launch bar access shortcuts to make things a bit easier for you.
