For sale: A gorgeous FENTON genuine CRANBERRY GLASS Opalescent Hobnail basket with a "crimped" or ruffled edge. I received this basket in the early 1970's as a gift and have kept it ONLY as a display piece in my glass enclosed curio cabinet all these years. As a result, it is still in MINT condition with NO chips, nicks, cracks or staining and a brilliant sparkle to the cranberry glass. This is an earlier pre-logo, unmarked piece from the Fenton Art Glass Company that originally had a foil sticker identifying it as Fenton. This basket measures 8-1/2 inches tall to the top of the handle, 4" inches tall to the top of the basket alone, 6-1/2" inches across in length from ruffled edge to ruffled edge and 5-1/2" inches wide across on the handled side. The handle is the clear crystal bamboo style design.

With Christmas approaching this lovely basket would make a wonderful gift for the collector of either cranberry glass, Fenton glass or beautiful & unique baskets.
