Okay, so that's not actually Froggy in the picture - but do you know howHARD it is to get people to click on the profile of your average black cat around here? Now that you're here, however, why not read about the incomparably awesome Froggy? No, he isn't actually painted like the American flag, but he is American born and raised, and he will happily croak the national anthem for you if that's what it takes to get adopted (his singing voice leaves a bit to be desired - he is named Froggy, after all - but it's the thought that counts, right?)Okay, so what else makes Froggy so cool (besides the fact that he sounds like a frog)? Well, he is a super outgoing and affectionate boy who loves chin scratches and head rubs and will flop over on his side if you pet him. He has super-long canines that make him look a bit like a vampire, but he's not actually a biter unless you get him really revved up, and then only in play. At roughly four years old, he is young enough that he still enjoys playing with toys, but old enough that he isn't going to scale your curtains. A total people cat, he will greet you at the door and follow you around the house once you'e home, happy to chill on the couch or curl up beside you at night. Froggy gets along well with other kitties and dogs, too, so he'll fit in almost anywhere. He's not a destructive scratcher and he is good about his litterbox habits even in a multi-cat home, so that's another major plus. Unless you really arehoping to finda red-white-and-blue cat, chances are Froggy IS the cat you are looking for--friendly, cuddly, loveable, adaptable, neat, shiny, silly, and sweet, he is an absolutely charming character who doesn't understand why he keeps getting passed over.
