Charlie is Justin's brother and a special needs boy as well. He has limited sight in his left eye even after surgery however, there is absolutely nothing wrong with his right eye and/or his ability to run, play and enjoy life. Charlie is a sweet affectionate very energetic young boy; has yet to meet a stranger - animal or human. Both boys are about 1 to 2 years old. and very high energy so if you want a really playful kitty, Charlie and/or Justin definitely fit the bill. Charlie, like his brother gets along well with other cats, not sure about dogs, but he is very laid back and open to almost anything. He and his brother chase each other, climb the kitty tree with no problem and just enjoy life. Both boys are currently in a foster home.
