Furnace was installed in a new construction home but never turned on or connected. It is still in the new construction home if you want to verify. The home is not even 50% done to prove it has not been used. The city inspector says this unit is over kill for our home and since it is installed, the company will not exchange it. I am going to get the smaller unit therefore I need to sell this one. We paid over $1,500 but I am willing to take a couple hundred off.
