If you have your security deposit ($650), you are approved. Sign the lease the same day. You can get the keys and move in as soon as you pay first month's rent.


Since the approval process is so easy, it's first come first serve. Since it's so easy, we are not accepting payment plans on the security deposit. If you don't have your money together, believe me, someone else will.
