Greetings! A new group is forming in Schaumburg, IL, meant to provide a social group for young widows. This group is meant to allow us to get together to share, cry, yell, rant, or to just...have fun!

This is not a therapist-led group, and no medical professional of any type is affiliated. It is led by a young widow who herself wants to meet new people and provide support for others who may feel awkward in a formal group therapy situation. The purpose is to give you a chance to get to know others who undestand how you feel, how it feels to be isolated and alone, and can listen without judgement.
