Church in the Word in Elgin is hosting a fun, safe event for families this halloween Oct. 31 from 2-4pm. Trunk or Treat features dozens of decorated trunks passing out candy to trunk or treaters. In addition there are inflatables, crafts, free food & drinks, & more! Trunk or Treat is open to the public and absolutely free.
