Hi, I'm Matt Robinson from Stickney IL, a development driver for Lafferty Motorsports in Concord, NC. I recently been offered a ride in the Street Stock Division at the Hickory Motorspeedway is now looking to make his first start later this year at the track, and for 2010. While looking for local sponsorship, I've learned that companies are not always willing to financially support a rookie driver without fully understanding who they are working with and what they have to offer.

The reason I've decided to contact you is because I’d like to know how your company markets itself as well as offer some information about the benefits of becoming a sponsor. Lafferty Motorsports is represented by its’ cars and drivers in a number of different racing series: Street stock division at Hickory Motorspeedway, ARCA and the NASCAR Camping World Truck Series. Should you be interested in providing even a small percentage toward my sponsorship your company will gain exposure through logo advertisement at the tracks, publications and any televised races you may contribute to.

On August 17th & 18th I completed his test session in a NASCAR truck with the Lafferty Motorsports team. I proved to the owner and crew that I was more than capable of an above average performance.

I'm now looking forward to the excitement of working with local companies, like your self, in hopes of developing relationships and meeting potential sponsors for the 2010 racing season. Even if your company is not in a position to take part at this time we would love and appreciate your support.
