Grooming since 1967, when I started showing my first Afghan Hound. Kind people showed me how to do it properly.
I have since learned from other hobby breeders & fanciers, including Airedales, Welsh & Lakelands, Cairns, Scotties, Soft-coated Wheatens, Border Terriers, & Min. Schnauzers. Clipping, stripping, carding.
I hosted 'groom-a-thons for the the Chicagoland Old English Sheepdog Club & Chicagoland Lhasa Apso Club in the 1970s, & have put Pulik & Poodles in cords .I recently gave a grooming demo for North Central Maltese Rescue.
