Review and approve compliance documentation for new site builds and modifications. Ensure compliance with NEPA, environmental Phase 1 & 2. Support markets with guidance on mitigating adverse impacts to historic properties; resolving tribal consultation problems; advising on USFW concerns; and assisting with FAA, AM, and emissions issues.


Minimum Required Skills/Competencies:

Min 2 years in a role of responsibility managing the NEPA process for a wireless carrier or tower company, broadcast company, Dept of Transportation or utility company having to comply with the same regulations. Experience must be in a role of authority, not an administrative role.


Preferred skills:

Excellent oral and written communication skills; maturity in judgment; very good people skills; highly organized and detail oriented.
