Dynamic, stable technology company has an immediate need for a Customer Service Rep. preferably with customer service background and offers great benefits and a rewarding, stable work environment. Will be responsible for processing customer requests for quotations, processing customer orders accurately and efficiently to meet all the customer needs, following up on customers' requests and orders, etc. Ideal candidate will have proven customer service skills in a sales/distribution environment and an outgoing, upbeat personality. Must have great telephone customer service skills, excellent verbal AND written communication skills, and good computer skills (proficiency with Excel, Word, Internet, and Email).




Position Requirements:
• Ability to multi-task and continually prioritize tasks to be completed throughout the day
• Ability to follow verbal and written instructions with minimal supervision
• HS Diploma or equivalent
• 2-3 Years of customer service experience preferred
• 1-2 Years of sales experience preferred
• Experience identifying problems and offering alternative solutions and/or courses of action based on available resources
• Effective written and verbal communication skills
