We are seeking experienced Loan Processors for our client in the Westmont area. In this position you will be responsible for performing a variety of loan documentation duties on moderately complex loans, using comprehensive knowledge of policies and procedures for loan products. Processing; closing and compliance for loan products; interpreting policies while analysing applicant, property and documentation. Additional duties include ordering all required verifications, documents and subsequent follow-ups. Knowledge of FHA and VA loans a plus. In this role you will also review rate lock and point objectives for accuracy. Ensure all pricing and fees are accurate. Understand and abide by all Banking and Federal Compliance regulations. Review title insurance, flood, tax certificates and surveys to ensure they meet banking guidelines. Meet all closing and commitment dates as well as obtain and review documents for acceptability against loan conditions.


Candidate Profile

HS Diploma and a minimum of two years related experience.


Candidate Skills

Knowledge of MS Word and MS Excel.
