Our client a growing manufacturing company in the Northwest Suburbs of Chicago is in the process of upgrading their accounting and finance talent.

The first position they would like to fill is a very strong senior accountant position the will be titled Controller and will be reporting into the CFO directly.

This position will be responsible for the accounting department at the company with a few direct reports.

Key Duties:
- creating financial statements through the consolidations of their multiple locations including those in foreign countries.

- create, manage and develop the yearly and quarterly budgets

- manage a systems implementation

Requirements:
- Minimum 3 years, maximum 10 years of experience
- BS Accounting
- CPA preferred but not necessary
