Responsibilities:


Review International invoices

Process 400+ invoices per week

Distribute checks to vendors

Process payments

Review daily general ledger

Data entry into excel and then import into the system

Process daily expense report


Must be bilingual (Spanish).Good experience in an accounts payable function. Ability to work independently and escalate issues to management's attention when appropriate. Proficient in Microsoft products.
