-Process all aspects of Accounts Payable and Accounts Receivable


-Responsible for the accurate and timely processing and disbursement of vendor obligation and ensures the integrity of the financial accounting system

-Analyze and prepare reconciliations (ie. petty cash ) and journal entries

-Perform Inter-Company Accounting, analysis and reconciliations

-Actively participate in Month End-Close process

-General Ledger Analysis, reviews and reconciliations

-Assist in the development, documentation, and maintenance of accounting policies, procedures, and internal controls


-Must have at least 1 year of SAP with current modules

-Degreed in Accounting

-CPA preferred
