Our client in an international consumer products company with reputation of being a top notch place to work! Seeking long term temporary employee for a contract role upto 1 year.



Responsibilities:


Provide on-going finance support relating to day-to-day operations

Assist with preparation of the annual operating budget and quarterly forecasts, particularly as it relates to template creation and consolidation

Assist in the upload and tie-out of budgeted and forecasted operating expenses into the core financial system

Assist in the preparation and distribution of monthly departmental variance reports

Proactively identify, research and resolve issues relevant to GL postings

Assist with issue resolution including the preparation of journal entries

Build/enhance models to facilitate data compilation, analysis and decision-making

Complete ad-hoc projects with a self-motivated approach


Skills/Knowledge Required:


BA/BS in Finance or Business

1-3 years of Business Finance experience including forecasting and monthly close

Strong technical skills with Microsoft Excel

Experience with SAP, Business Warehouse (BW) and Business Intelligence (BI) systems

Strong technical experience in financial reporting and forecasting software i.e. OutlookSoft

Ability to multi-task on various projects and duties

Strong interpersonal skills

Proactive, self-starter who is able to work in a fast paced, deadline driven environment

Experience in manufacturing environment a plus
