Loan Processor:



? ? Communicate directly with customers and agents to achieve an ideal customer experience


? ? Review rate lock and point objectives for accuracy


? ? Ensure all pricing and fees are accurate


? ? Understand and abide by all Banking and Federal Compliance regulations


? ? Review title insurance, flood, tax certificates, and surveys to ensure they meet Banking guidelines


? ? Prepare and calculate income tax returns and assets thoroughly before submission to underwriting


? ? Meet all closing and commitment dates


? ? Obtain and review documents for acceptability against loan conditions


? ? Perform all validation requirements on applicable loan files


? ? Manage pipeline via daily pipeline reporting


? ? Achieve and maintain acceptable customer satisfaction levelsQualifications:


? ? Minimum of two years Mortgage Loan Processing and Document experience or equivalent in preparing mortgage loan closing documents


? ? Must possess excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.


? ? Ability to perform basic computer functions.


? ? Good organization skills and be detail oriented.


? ? Strong time management and prioritization skills with the ability to perform well under pressure


? ? Previous underwriting/validation experience preferred


? ? Knowledge of federal and state regulatory requirements a plus.? ? Computer proficiency in MS Office and desktop applications.


? ? Excellent communication and organization skills


? ? Ability to multi-task and operate in a high-volume, fast-paced environment.
