Essential Job Duties & Responsibilities

Prepare/analyze quarterly diversification tests.

Analyze wash sale transactions, passive foreign investment company transactions and REIT reclassifications.

Prepare annual tax provisions.

Prepare fiscal year and excise tax returns.

Compute year-end distribution requirements.

Calculate the Foreign Tax Credit (FTC), Dividends Received Deduction (DRD) and prepare other tax schedules related to yearend shareholder tax reporting.

Prepare various ad hoc tax-related reports.
