As a Senior Credit Manager , you are the highest-level of pre-underwriter designation within the underwriting team. In this role, you will review submitted files to analyze for Capacity, Capital, Character and Condition. This includes ensuring that loan requests meet program and product specifications or counteroffer to a different product and/or program when appropriate. In addition, you will communicate decision (approval, suspense, denial) to appropriate individuals within our Lending Partners, uphold fair lending practices of SCC, LLC , meet targets for productivity, quality and customer satisfaction. FHA DE designation required -Minimum of three years' experience as a Loan Officer or Underwriter. College degree preferred Excellent analytical and decision making skills Strong verbal and written communication skills Strong negotiation skills Thorough knowledge of complex personal and business financial analysis and an expertise in tax return and balance sheet analysis, including cash flow methods Requires knowledge and proficiency in Government, Agency and, Jumbo levels of mortgage loans (Super Jumbo is a preferable) The position is paid on a commission basis, please contact me directly in order to negotiate a fee structure.
