Stable/Growing Financial Services Firm in the LOOP needs a SR ACCOUNTANT to assist with monthly, quarterly and annual financial reporting including SEC reporting

Review financial reporst and prepare f/s disclosures

Assist with preparation for the annual audit

Train others on how to perform department processes

Assist with supervision of team members

Prepare/review quarterly board materials

Document reporting department processes and assist with developing and implementing new processes

Research GAAP/SEC disclosure requirements and assist with developing new reporting disclosures

Assist and lead various team projects as required


Bachelor's degree in Accounting or Finance

3+ years related work experience

SEC reporting experience is required
