Position Description: Confidential Company seeks permanent Executive Director for a large CCRC in the Chicago, Illinois, area. An extensive hospitality and customer service background is required for this position, as well as the desire to be visible in both the campus and local communities. Extensive, recent CCRC background is required as is a valid NHA license or the ability to obtain a valid license. Looking for a high-energy candidate who is adaptable, creative, professional, and articulate. Experience with a startup full-continuum community is preferred.
